ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditing
What You Will Learn:
This one-day course is designed to prepare you to conduct internal audits to the ISO 9001: 2008 Standard. You will learn the basics of auditing including the right questions to ask during an interview, proper interviewing techniques and the tools of auditing. You will be made aware of the responsibilities of auditors and learn how to participate as an audit team member. Exercises will be conducted to allow you to practice auditing techniques. You will be provided with case studies and asked to identify nonconformities. The course provides examples of typical records to be examined during an audit.
The course will further prepare you with a brief orientation to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. Once training is completed, participants will be prepared to participate as an internal audit team member. This course was prepared by a TQS ISO 9001:2008 implementation Project Manager and Lead Auditor.
This course also provides you with an understanding of the changes ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:2008
