System Development

A TQS Project Manager will convert your current system or develop new procedures to comply with NQA-1, 10CFR50, Appendix B, and 10CFR21 requirements. We train your hourly personal and management. We assist you through the entire implementation process.

Internal Audits

A TQS NQA-1 Lead Auditor will lead your audit team utilizing your company&039;s internal audit procedures. TQS will document findings and will identify opportunities for improvements. We conduct a closing meeting and consult with your management team.

Supplier Audits

A TQS Lead Auditor will conduct supplier site assessments to verify the implementation of the supplier&039;s quality management system.

Document audit results and close audit files. TQS will conduct a closing meeting with the supplier to review findings and recommendations. TQS will work with your suppliers to implement corrective actions and audit findings.

Day One - Requirements for Quality Assurance Programs for Nuclear Facilities:

• Comparison of ASME NQA-1 with ISO 9001:2008

Day Two - Internal Auditing to Nuclear Standards

Morning Session - Attendees will learn:

• The audit steps necessary to conduct a thorough internal audit, from preparation through reporting.
• The responsibilities of an auditor.
• The techniques of auditing.
• The tools commonly used for process auditing.
• The tips on how to audit for effectiveness including "value added" principles.

Afternoon Session - Attendees will participate in group workshops:

• To review and analyze case scenarios
• To identify and document nonconformities
• To notate observations when concerns or potential nonconformities are perceived
• To document recommendations for improvement
• To present audit findings
