A TQS NQA-1 Lead Auditor will lead your audit team utilizing your company's internal audit procedures. TQS will document findings and will identify opportunities for improvements. We conduct a closing meeting and consult with your management team.
Supplier Auidts
A TQS Lead Auditor will conduct supplier site assessments to verify the implementation of the supplier's quality management system.
Document audit results and close audit files. TQS will conduct a closing meeting with the supplier to review findings and recommendations. TQS will work with your suppliers to implement corrective actions and audit findings.
