How long does it take to finish an online training course?

Depending upon the training, it can take you from 4 – 6 hours to complete our online training course.

We recommend you spend at least one business day absorbing the material.

Do I have to take the course all at once?

No you can pause the course at anytime.

Can I go back to the training after i finish the course?

Absolutely, you will have 24/7 access to the online training course even after you receive your certificate.

How long will it take me to receive a certificate?

Upon course completion we will issue a participant their completion certificate within 24 hours, but usually same business day.

Where can I find my online training after i have purchased?

You must find the ISO Online Training Instructions to view your training. You have three options:

  1. Check your email. Your Invoice has a link to download the instructions.
  2. Navigate to Downloads in the My Account drop down menu.
  3. Upon order completion you will have the option to download the same instructions mentioned above.
What should I do if i am registering for someone else.

Use your billing information at checkout and then also input participant(s) information for our records. Then after you completed the payment process you will be directed to a order completion page. At this point you will have access to download the instructions to access your content. Please refer to the previous question if you are having trouble finding these instructions.

After you have the instructions, forward them to the participant(s).

Where do I find my username and password for my training?

The instructions document that is made available after purchase contains your online training login credentials. Even if you did not register for an account this document will be emailed the to billing email address provided at purchase.

Minimum system requirements for viewing online training

Viewing our online training requires two things:

  1. A computer or mobile device with access to internet.
  2. An Up-To-Date browser:

Windows : Internet Explorer 6 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Safari 3 and later, Google Chrome, Opera 9.5 and later

Macintosh : Safari 3 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Google Chrome

Linux : Firefox 1.x and later
