What are the prerequisites for the online training courses?

There are no prerequisites to take this course. The course was designed in a way that can be taken by a CEO or a layman. 

What is the format of the online training courses?

The format is Virtual. You will be given a link and a password. With those credentials you can access your training 24/7 365 on any type of device. You can start, stop, and go back at your convenience.

Once you have completed the course your credentials will stay active indefinitely so that you can review the training even after you have a certificate. 

How long does it take to complete an online training?

Depending upon the standard, between 4-8 Hours.

Can we train more than one participant?

Yes we often have clients train more than one participant. Just include the other participants information in the order notes at checkout.

Trainings are priced at a per participant basis. Be sure to pay for the amount of participants that will be taking the course or all participants will not all receive a certificate.

Are the online training courses accredited?

We do not have an accreditation on any of our courses.

Ours trainings are accepted by all first party registrars for certifying  employees to be internal auditors.

Is there an Exam in the online training courses?

No there is no Pass/Fail Exam in any of our trainings. We do have a case study at the end of each course to review the standard and internal auditor skills. Once you complete the case study you have completed your training.

How do i get to my online training after purchase?

First you must find the Instructions Document. This document has your log in credentials and a link to your training.  

If your training was purchased by a guest, you will have two options to download your training documents. First access the order confirmation email that is sent to the billing email address. This email has a downloads sections that contains your instructions document. If that does not work you can use the order number included in the order email and the billing email address here to access your documents.

If you purchased training as a registered user you can log in and then click here to be taken to your downloads. Then click all the documents under downloads. The first document will be your instructions document.

You will have 3 download attempts per training purchased.
Participants will receive one certificate per training purchased. 

How do I get my Certificate after I complete my training?

After you have completed your training please email Certificate@tqsservices.com with the following information:
1)Your Name
2) The Course You Completed
3)Your purchase date or Order Number

Please allow 24 business hours for us to process your request.
